Diamond Properties has acquired a 115,000-square-foot industrial manufacturing and distribution facility in Kansas City, Missouri, expanding the commercial real estate firm’s Midwest industrial portfolio with a fully occupied property near two major interstate corridors. The property, located at 4312 Clary Boulevard, sits on approximately 5.8 acres and is occupied by Liquid Soap Products, a Kansas City-area manufacturer of cleaning and personal-care products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
