We currently own more than 90 properties in 13 states totaling over 16 million square feet, with a total portfolio value in excess of $1 billion.  Our portfolio is focused on industrial but includes office, medical, industrial, retail, entertainment, self storage, residential, lodging, and land.

Diamond Properties has an experienced management team with a track record of minimizing the downside while leaving plenty of room for upside on acquisitions by acquiring quality assets at discounted values, with combinations of below market rents, above market vacancy, and below replacement cost acquisition prices.
